Total responsibility for the project management of approved onshore wind projects in Germany until the successful start-up and decrease of the plant, including the reconstruction of repowering projects Responsibility for schedule and project controlling with appointment and milestone planning, cost management, forecasts and risk management to comply with all internal and external requirements Control of contractors from the WEA supplier, general contractors to construction and BoP partners Central coordination and communication with all internal and external stakeholders during the project Ensuring compliance with all approval requirements during construction and creating the conditions for their compliance during operation Support in providing all necessary project information for external financing and due diligence, as well as answering questions from banks and experts Planning and coordination of the procurement of construction contracts (WEA, BoP, GU etc.) together with the procurement and central involvement in contract negotiations handover of the realized wind projects to the operating departments, ensuring complete documentation and following the elimination of defects Ready to introduce innovative solutions such as storage concepts and PV hybridizations into the realization of (repowering) wind farms
