The Center of Excellence Consulting of BWI GmbH is the preferred digitization partner of the Bundeswehr. Our goal is to drive forward the digital transformation of the armed forces as a pioneer. Support and subproject management of digitization projects focusing on the dimension of air and sea, which are of the highest relevance for the armed forces and especially for the soldiers

Introducing your experience and skills as well as knowledge and ideas on the professional and content development of topics

Interface between Bundeswehr, Industrie und BWI

Taking responsibility in implementing new strategies, structures and processes

Creation of studies, concepts and strategy papers

Leadership and coordination of teams used ·

Highly successful, subject-related studies or comparable training

At least 2 years (when studying) or 5 years (in the case of training) relevant professional experience in IT consulting preferably in the customer environment Bw

German and English knowledge in word and writing Active or former IT soldiers ( Marine/Air Force) preferred

Experience with the arms and procurement processes of the Bw as well as experience in leadership of teams desirable

Insufficient experience with IT themes of dimensions Lake & Air desirable

Knowledge and practical experience in IT infrastructure and management information systems

Experience in handling IT systems in a safety-sensitive environment

Experiences and knowledge in requirements analysis and collection and in the field of IT service management

Knowledge and application competence of relevant methods and paradigms, such as ITIL, SCRUM, SAFe, GPM, etc.

Solution-oriented thinking and pronounced analytical and conceptual skills

Particularly pronounced communication and social competence

Ready to travel (up to 30%)
