Complete studies in electronics, mechatronics, automation technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in electronics development, ideally in the military environment Leadership experience and experience in team motivation and development Excellent communication skills and a structured, self-organized and analytical way Experiences with mCAD, eCAD and SAP Experience with Obsoleszenz Management Experiences with the V-model, agile development methods and project management Embossed entrepreneurial thinking German and English skills
