Care and advice of employees and executives of a defined care area in all personal questions Sparring partners for our management in strategic and operational HR topics Coordination and implementation of organisational changes and individual and disciplinary measures Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council Optimize and digitize HR processes Own guidance and implementation of HR projects, such as the further rollout and the establishment of our new HR management system Close cooperation with personnel development, recruiting and billing

Completed studies with a focus on staff or comparable qualifications, e.g. a commercial training with additional qualification as a specialist:w Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the HR environment – ideally as HR Business Partner or Personnel Officer:in a medium-sized company Knowledge of the right to work and work Impressed consulting skills, communication strength and professional appearance at eye level with employees and executives High self-initiative, design joy and implementation strength in the further development of HR processes Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation – even in complex situations Change competence as well as fingertip feeling in handling change processes Enthusiasm for HR topics, readiness for continuous development and safe handling of MS Office
