Projektmanager (m/w/d)

For our customers in Ludwigsfelde, we are looking for you as an employee in the IT field (m/w/d) in full time or part time, in permanent employment or in the transfer of employees.

Your job as an IT employee (m/w/d):

• Installation of client hardware and software
• Supporting the Anweder associated with the site in problems with installed hardware and software
• Management, inventory and intsallation of hardware and software components
• Support in the procurement and monitoring of location-related repair orders and services
• Serbvice-oriented handling of any problems using the support tools used
• Instruction of users in new applications or hardware products
• Input and verification of order requirements for IT equipment
• Incoming goods activities for IT equipment (commercial acceptance, receipt check, receipt booking etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with IT policies and processes
• Proactive communication and cooperation with central IT services
• Support of employees/local IT support & IT service operator

Requirement as an employee IT area (m/w/d):

• Medium maturity or higher as well as completed training as a specialist system integration or comparable qualification
• Experience in the requested area desirable
• Knowledge in the fields: MS Office, MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and Network Technologies
• Communication skills and solution-oriented approach
• High customer orientation
• German and English skills
