Projektmanager (m/w/d) Development, design and optimization of logistics processes in cooperation with the operating areas with the help of functional and demand analyses Active initiation and monitoring of improvements in logistical processes using Lean Management methods elaboration, costing and negotiation of customer requests for logistic services by means of process cost accounting Active implementation of change management with the customer Coordination of internal process participants, suppliers and customers for successful process development Preparation and implementation of customer meetings Preparation of presentations and decision templates as well as presentation of the results obtained in internal and external dates

Technical or economic studies with a focus on logistics or comparable vocational training Operational knowledge in logistics and operational knowledge in process management Experience in the analysis, development and optimization of logistics processes and systems Very good knowledge about MS Office programs Good English knowledge of word and writing High numerical understanding and pronounced analytical ability Rare understanding and decision-making Knowledge of presentation and calculation tools Enthusiasm for team work on the joint design of logistical performance Affinity for digital processes High readiness and flexibility
