Description

• Become part of our team and optimize the processes in the service service.
• You create offers for repair and maintenance contracts and invoices (in content, on time) via SAP.
• In addition, you are planning applications for customer service technicians:inside and repair welders.
• Also check warranties as well as invoice complaints and take over the damage finding (judgment) on the basis of the present damage protocol, also in foreign language.
• Last but not least, you agree to the tests of boiler technology with the TÜV/preliminary test TÜV.

Qualifications

• Training: Master: in the field of metal (or comparable) with commercial experience
• Experiences and know-how: safe handling of EDV, ideally SAP knowledge, well-founded experience in aftersales service
• Personality and working methods: They like to work in the team, but they also understand how to get through powerful arguments; also in high-speed phases keep an overview
• Languages: good English
