Application Support Employee (m/f/d)

You enter the IT applications and systems of the department including operation, installation, updating and administration. You are a contact person for the employees in all questions and concerns about IT specialist applications, answer questions, accept fault messages, analyze and resolve errors. You participate in the implementation of new systems and start customizing concepts. You form technical specifications for IT adaptations, initialize and process documentation and internal work instructions. You carry out extensive data migrations and manipulations in the corresponding databases in consultation with colleagues in the department. (PostgreSQL, Oracle). You develop database queries for evaluations and optimierst existing queries.

The place is first terminated for 3 years.

You have completed a technical training and have a master or technician degree in a relevant field. You look back on experience and knowledge in the field of tasks. You have knowledge of GIS and relational databases, especially SQL databases, as well as advanced knowledge of data manipulation at database level. Extensive MS Office applications are familiar to you and you also like to apply new, professional software. Reliability, teamability, accuracy and high analytical capability complete your profile.
