You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a power-driven damage management group You work with trust, appreciation and loyal staff: both internal and external cooperation partners You ensure service-oriented, friendly and competent care of the insurance companies: in­dustry, external services and other customers, preferably by active telephone You are responsible for the economic management of the settlement of damages in the field of casco and liability according to property and legal conditions and ensure a demand-based damage reserve In addition, the promotion of employees is part of your task by continuing professional and personal skills. You contribute to the development and implementation of the department's strategic objectives, support sales and take special tasks in the energy sector.

You have completed their studies in the field of business/insurance/law or completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance with a comparable further qualification.
