As a working student in the field of corporate quality, you support our team in quality promotion (internal communication of quality topics; Compilation, development and implementation of training measures ...). Furthermore, you support the reporting of quality indicators and the preparation of Q-Gremien.

You create and update information for employees on quality e.g. newsletter, intranet etc. You help with the preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops incl. Prepare protocols and status reports You create independently appealing presentations You are developing the quality training offer You plan, organize and document events of our ''MAN GAME OF EXCELLENCE'', an online escape game You support the moderation of ''MAN GAME OF EXCELLENCE'' Possibility to create learning videos You support data management and reporting for quality indicators You help with area controlling (terminals, costs, resources) in cooperation with the area management

You are currently studying economics, engineering, marketing, communication, psychology, economic education or the like in full time (please attach enrollment certificate) You are an organizational institution with good communicative skills, a quick understanding, working independently and carefully You are highly motivated, have fun shaping the future and have an open & communicative way You control the safe handling of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Teams ...) You have knowledge of German and speak the English language fluently in word and writing Your strengths include an affinity among numbers and you already have first practical experience with structuring/processing and analysis/analysis of larger amounts of data. You have a quick understanding, enforcement ability and a structured and independent way of working
