Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity We expect you more than a classic office job. Your tasks make you the hub of our Dresden branch: Networkers: You bundle the sales activities of the branch and actively participate in building a sustainable network. Together with the branch management, you will continue to expand the sales area by participating in network events and trade fairs. Communicator: Contacting and care for customers and construction partners, organizing and participating in customer events, preparing and conducting presentations as well as managing the communication (e.g. on social media) are your tasks. Designers: You develop new ways to establish our brand in the region and support the branch in your growth course. You create long-term sales plans based on thorough analysis of markets and developments, such as partnership models. Knowledge Manager: You research relevant data on customers, markets and projects in the media and on public procurement platforms and document them in our CRM tool. You also promote the exchange within the company (cross selling). The control and evaluation of the sales activities in the sense of a sales controller completes your task profile.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only experience but also the necessary interest in people and markets. What we wish: Solid foundation: A completed commercial training or an economic or technical study e.g. as an economic engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d), civil engineer (w/m/d) or farmer (w/m/d). Industry experts: experience in the construction and real estate industry or sales, ideally you have already built up a relevant network. Digital affinity: You are open to new technologies and working methods both on our construction sites and in the office and bring good knowledge to Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
