Planning, organisation, coordination & implementation of our customer events Acquisition and support of national and international customers with the realization of cross- and upselling potentials Responsibility for compliance with the budgets as part of the customer's goals, order processing and the development and production of results Responsible coordination of service providers and project partners for our customers Advising our customers on all industry-relevant guidelines and regulations and ensuring implementation Cooperation in the strategic and conceptual development of FWTM in connection with customer events Development, optimization and development of service quality, work processes and database management

Successfully completed training or an economic study Professional experience as project manager in the event and/or exhibition area High operational readiness, high degree of self-motivation and time flexibility Representative team and communication skills, negotiation skills Experience in legal bases and guidelines (contract law, data protection, VStättVO etc.) Database and CRM experience, experience with IT projects and digital affinity Good English knowledge of word and writing, another foreign language is advantageous
