Entgeltabrechner (m/w/d)

For our HR team at the Offenburg location, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of pay billing. You already have experience in pay billing and are you interested in a deeper insight into HR systems and processes? Then you're right with us!

You are responsible for the preparation and execution of the monthly billing of charge of a defined area of responsibility of our German companies. You will also take care of the time economy and the travel cost accounting within your area of responsibility. You'll start employment contracts, supplements, certificates and certificates. You are competent contact person for social security institutions and authorities. You also evaluate and process systemic 1st-level support requests from employees and support the development and support of personnel system components. You accompany our executives in the application of personnel systems and work on group-wide HR projects.

You have a commercial training or a successfully completed study. You already have several years of relevant professional experience and sound knowledge in tax and social security law. You have good knowledge of accounting and time management systems, ideally P&I Loga and bring good user knowledge in Word and Excel. You have a high IT affinity and a quick understanding. You are a reliable and trustworthy personality that is characterized by a hand-on mentality and high service orientation.
