MEYER WERFT GmbH includes our shipyard locations in Papenburg, Rostock and Wismar as well as other subsidiaries. In total, around 5,000 employees work directly for us. Together with this highly qualified network, we build cruise ships, river cruise ships and ferries for customers from all over the world who are tailored to the respective markets and target groups. Development and implementation of group-wide product group strategies for optimizing purchasing performance, risk minimisation in the supply chain and generation of competitive advantages Building, maintaining and developing strategic supplier relationships and partnerships in close cooperation with the Supplier Management Conduct sound market, risk and competitive analyses including benchmarking, price trend analyses and product group reviews Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Co-ordination with project buyers (m/w/d) and ensuring strategy-compliant purchasing processes Initiation and implementation of cost-saving and optimization measures, including support for make-or-buy decisions Performance assessment of product groups based on defined target KPIs

Completed three-year commercial or technical vocational training Finded relevant professional experience in the relevant field of activity English knowledge in word and writing – safe in professional exchange readiness to travel within the framework of operational requirements Routinized handling of common IT systems and digital applications Team spirit and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
