Building land: assessment of soil and rock conditions and evaluation of geotechnical studies as a basis for planning and execution Calculation: Measurement and detection of geotechnical constructions and special mining measures such as pile foundations, construction pit enclosures, anchorages or support systems Planning: Developing technically safe and economical solutions taking into account the respective building and project conditions Project management: Technical assistance of our construction projects as well as planning and evaluation of geotechnical measurements for setting, deformation and structural movements Cooperation: Close coordination with project and construction lines, project planners, contractors, authorities and other internal and external project participants Performance package: Over-tariff triggering, above-average remuneration, 30 days holiday as well as a variety of training and development opportunities through the own SPITZKE Academy

Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering with a focus on geotechnology, basic construction or comparable orientation; as an alternative to a study of geosciences with appropriate specialization professional experience: experience in geotechnical engineering, geostatics, special construction or geotechnical engineering; also motivated professionals are welcome Knowledge: Good knowledge of ground mechanics, earth and basic construction, as well as the relevant technical regulations and standards, in particular Eurocode 7 Software: Ideally experience with geotechnical calculation software, such as GGU or PLAXIS Competence: Analytical thinking, technical understanding and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Mobility: Class B licence and willingness to support our construction projects
