As a master, you are the first respondent on site and make sure that perfect working conditions are created for our employees. Description of posts

• implementation of control procedures and state assessments on buildings and external installations
• Maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of land and technical facilities
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance work
• Eliminating small technical disturbances
• Support for reconstructions, removals and transport and disposal services
• Implementation of winter services and traffic safety measures
• Support and coordination of external service providers
• Documentation of work carried out

Qualifications

• Complete craft or technical vocational training
• Ideally experience as a master, house technician or in facility management
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Class B driving licence
• Good knowledge of German
• Additional qualifications such as forklift, chain saw certificate or driving licence BE are welcome, but no need
