Project Management Assistant SHK (m/f/d)

Commercial support of demanding SHK projects from procurement to project completion Support of project management in the economic management and monitoring of projects Creation, testing and tracking of invoices as well as supplements Implementation of project control including cost, performance and time monitoring Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Examination of contracts and support in the follow-up and claim management Creation of evaluations, reports and forecasts for project and field management Coordination and coordination with internal specialist departments and external partners and subcontractors

Successfully completed commercial training, commercial studies or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in project business, preferably in the field of SHK, TGA or construction Good knowledge of MS Office Own initiative, self-motivation and an independent, committed and efficient operation Teamability, Enforcement and Communicative Competence
