CAFM System Care: You are master users for our CAFM software. You maintain master data, update digital object plans and maintain the inventory (new devices, technical installations) to ensure complete documentation. You will also support the following services in the use of CAFM software. Construction management: You coordinate and monitor all structural measures (reconstruction, modernisation) within the financial management property. Resource management: You are responsible for energy controlling, analyse consumption data and prepare reports as well as overviews for the unit management. Contract management: You identify performance deficits within the framework of ongoing contracts, draft legal complaints and deal with all consequences in the event of a bad performance of contractors. Procurement: cooperation in tendering/contracting of facility management services and operator services, in particular the creation and adaptation of technical performance directories

Successfully completed technical training as an electronic technician or plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology and specialist / specialist (m/w/d) techn.
