A dual degree in the real estate business course offers you the ideal opportunity to combine theory and practice and prepare you optimally for a career in the real estate industry. You will take responsibility early and prepare yourself for a leading role. During your three-year studies, you change between the theoretical phases at our partner university of DHBW and practical phases in our company. You can apply your knowledge directly in practice – in a medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and quick decisions. With a structured integration, a close cooperation in the team and your personal godfather, we make you fit for all challenges. We also take over the tuition fees and the costs incurred by your learning materials – so you can concentrate fully on your further development. You start your first phase of practice with an insight into sales and our logistics to understand the essential processes of the company from scratch. After that, you will be active in the company during your time in the various areas of our expansion, such as in real estate management, project development and management. In your practical phases, you will also apply your knowledge from the fields of BWL, real estate law and investment by actively accompanying the entire process of building up to the maintenance and rental of our real estate and thus getting to know the entire life cycle of our real estate and being integrated into cooperation with the internal specialist departments. In the last year of your studies, the focus is on preparing you for a responsible role in the real estate industry.
