HR Payroll Manager - Payroll / Hospital Plans / Home Office (m/f/d)

You perform operationally the billing of charges and support You apply hospital rates securely and place them out You maintain, check and secure the quality of billing-relevant master and movement data You process complex accounting attitudes, such as layer and alternating layer allowances, call and standby services, and time supplements You carry out corrections, reckonings as well as entry and exit accounting You work closely with the time economy, personnel administration and controlling and support the analysis, stabilization and optimization of billing processes

You have a completed commercial training in the healthcare sector or a comparable qualification, for example as a merchant/wife – health care or personnel specialist / personnel specialist You have several years of professional experience in the pay billing in the hospital environment You have very good knowledge of hospital rates, e.g. TVöD, AVR You have practical experience with settlement and HR systems common in clinics, such as SAP HCM, P&I LOGA, Sage HR, KIDICAP You understand time management systems and their interfaces for billing and have good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law You work structured, carefully and independently and have a high service and solution orientation in the consulting environment as well as readiness to travel
