Procurement and management of packaging materials for dispatch, taking into account operational and economic aspects Coordination and administration of the multi-way system Communication with internal and external intersections (e.g. Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics Departments, Wages Manufacturers, Service Providers, Lieferants) Examination and con­tinuation of incoming invoices for the field

Closed commercial training, preferred in the field of forwarding, industrial or wholesale trade Experience in handling services IT know-how (especially MS Excel) Very good German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Very careful, independent and responsive work, as well as a quick understanding Team spirit, paired with own initiative
