What exactly comes to you: You carry the TGA (heating, ventilation, sanitary and electric) through all phases of the project – and keeps in mind time, costs and quality You are the first contact person for everything around building technology – internally and externally You work closely with other areas of expertise, such as architecture, statics and building management – as well as sophisticated solutions are created together. You will take care of tenders and awards to entrepreneurs – with a clear view for quality and dates For innovative technology, e.g. energy-efficient systems, smart building concepts and sustainable solutions, which are also expected in the long term
