Insurance clerk in the office (m/f/d)

For an established company in the field of warranty and insurance services, we are looking for dedicated customer service providers (m/w/d). In this position, you are in direct contact with end customers and partners and provide professional and solution-oriented processing of enquiries – exclusively inbound.

Telephone and written support of customers and partners Answering enquiries concerning warranty insurance (Inbound, no cold acquisition) Processing of contractual requests in the internal system Support in optimizing processes and quality standards Close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Completed commercial training (e.g. insurance businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management or comparable) Safe handling of Office365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing Service-oriented, structured operation Professional experience in the insurance environment of advantage – motivated cross-comers are welcome
