Especially in the afternoon, you accompany and attend children between 3 and 6 years in the Kita at the Eschholzpark I or the Kita Thousandfühler – as part of the Kita team. With your commitment, you are instrumental in ensuring a stable, demand-oriented and reliable educational and support offering in Kita. You are there on at least 3, ideally 5 afternoons per week (about 2 hours / day) for the children, shaping the time creative and reliable.

One of the following qualifications: You have previous knowledge of work with children e.g. as FSJ-lerin, youth group leaderin, youth trainerin or studentin the educational field, You are already a pedagogical specialist, now work in another profession and want to reintegrate your skills in this way, You come from a different field of work (e.g. sports, art and culture) and want to approach you step by step as a pedagogical specialist through a secondary activity; or You have a recognized, equivalent training from abroad and want to introduce your qualification with us

You are sensitive, patient and appreciated with children and take responsibility. Reliability and team spirit are of course for you. You are open, curious and interested in actively shaping the afternoon care in a kita.

A fixed-term employment up to 31.03.2028 as an additional benefit with tariff payment of S 2 to S 8a TVöD SuE and a maximum weekly working time of 12.5 hours.
