The Schön Klinik Vogtareuth is an internationally recognized specialist clinic with around 400 beds and 1300 employees. It is part of the Schön Klinik Group and Lehrkrankenhaus der LMU München as well as the PMU Salzburg. Especially in the field of special medicine for children, the clinic has great expertise, focusing on the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological and orthopaedic diseases as well as malformations of extremities. The specialist center for neurosurgery, spinal surgery and epilepsy surgery also enjoys an excellent reputation. For our Schön Klinik Holding SE at the Vogtareuth site, we are looking for an dedicatedn technical manager*in for our building management at the closest possible time. Holistic building management: You assume the overall responsibility for operating technology, medical technology and home technology and ensure smooth operation. Reliable management responsibility: You guide the team professionally and disciplinaryly, promote personal development and ensure a structured readiness. Efficient implementation of operator obligations: You organise all operator tasks in accordance with the law and ensure compliance with work safety measures. Strategic project and process control: You implement strategic goals and processes, manage energy management and manage projects. Economic object management: You take over the commercial building management, ensure a high availability of all facilities and equipment and efficiently manage after-contractors.

You have completed their studies or comparable training (e.g. master, technicians) in building technology, utility technology or in facility management – ideally complemented by a GEFMA-certified training as a specialist. You act in an entrepreneurial, conceptual and cross-departmental way, bringing their own initiative and a clear solution orientation. You have leadership experience, are strong in communication and actively promote a team-oriented cooperation. You bring experience in the planning, tendering, awarding and implementation of maintenance and investment measures, in particular in cost groups 300, 400 and 500, and ideally in medical technology. You are familiar with the areas of work organisation, occupational safety and labour law and have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant regulations of technical building management as well as the VOB and the BGB; a safe handling of MS Office and CAFM systems as well as a class B licence round off your profile
