Your tasks: In this role, you are responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and leadership development programs throughout the company. You develop and implement targeted training measures as well as talent pool initiatives to promote future-oriented leaders. In doing so, you will create effective communication strategies to present learning opportunities attractively and to increase participation. In addition, you actively promote a sustainable learning culture that is consistent with HELM's long-term corporate strategy. The further development of our Learning Management System (LMS), including the integration of platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, is also part of your task. In addition, you define and implement structured “learning paths” that are tailored to different guide levels. In addition, you work closely with the HR collegiate in the regions to coordinate learning initiatives with HELM's global HR strategy.

You have a degree in economics, psychology, human resources or a similar field – or a comparable professional qualification. You bring at least 10 years of experience in the field of learning & development, in particular with a focus on executive development in international, medium-sized or large companies. A feature in which you can work both strategically and operatively in the area of Learning & Development sounds exciting for you. You will certainly meet stakeholders at all levels up to the management and advise competently on leadership issues. Your global mindset as well as your experience in working with different cultures (Asia, America, Europe) will make you a team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality that takes responsibility and actively contributes. Long-term IT applications (Microsoft 365) can be used safely. Very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
