We are looking for the next time Quality Representative Care & Care (m/w/d) – Full time A total of 151 stationary nursing places for long-term and short-term care are available at the Haus Wahlstedt specialist care center, the specialist care facility for dementia and general old care. The nursing centre is divided into two houses. Home A focuses on both nursing care and day-structuring care for senior citizens – always with the aim of maintaining individual self-employment as far as possible. The offer is complemented by the in-house therapy practices for logopedia as well as ergo- and physiotherapy. These are accessible to residents, but also to external clients of all ages. In Haus B we give stability to our residents in the protected residential area, promote them and allow them to receive our best possible care to achieve a maximum of life satisfaction. A day care with 21 seats offers a wide range of care and employment opportunities.

Organisation, safeguarding and review of needs-based care, treatment and care measures Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with and complying with statutory provisions Updating and supplementing QMH Participation in in- & external quality tests, optimization of process processes Implementation of care visas and audits Participation and management of quality circles Creation of annual training plans in cooperation with nursing services Cooperation with the Central Quality Management Creation of monthly reports taking into account all risk areas Support and training of employees in the implementation of care documentation

You have completed a vocational training course in the fields of nursing, health care and nursing or health care and care for children In addition, you have a training in quality management (at least 160 hours) or as a care service (at least 460 hours) You can present a multi-year professional experience in full-time employment as a nursing professional With your customer- and targeted, reliable and structured work, you will delight employees and contractors You are communicative and prove social strength in dealing with people Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, ideally also knowledge of Geocon, DAN and OPAS
