Procurement of construction services and/or construction services/architect and engineering services according to HOAI Production of orders and retrieval from framework contracts Evidence and coordination with departments and suppliers Collection of price offers and implementation of price comparisons deposit and maintenance of standardized orders in SAP and electronic file Handling of correspondence Edit catalogue retrievals in the DFS E-Procurement System Support for the approval of order requirements Market information and identification of new sources of supply

Completed commercial training with long-term professional experience in a commercial function or bachelor/master studies (e.g. in the field of BWL, economic engineering, business informatics, business law, law) with first professional experience Commercial knowledge, e.g. procurement of goods, construction and services, desirable knowledge of relevant legal areas for purchasing, such as the BGB of general part, debt law, property law Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, SAP MM Extensive analytical capacity and a solution-oriented and independent working method Embossed communication skills and experience in the moderation of ideas and opinions as well as a safe occurrence paired with high persuasive power Strong target orientation, high ability to change and develop Basic knowledge English in Word and Writing
