Preparation of meals according to the existing menu and taking into account the special needs of children and young people Planning and further development of weekly food plans including special food forms and dietary requirements Selection and development of recipes that support a balanced and varied diet Organisation of food orders via our central purchasing system and demand-oriented goods planning Control of receipt of goods and exit of goods as well as responsible handling of foodstuffs Compliance with food, hygiene and quality regulations in all areas of the kitchen Ready for weekend and holiday services in the care of our patients

Completed training as a diet cook (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Joy in the preparation of food and interest in work in a children's and youth rehabilitation clinic Responsibility and independent operation in the planning and execution of daily kitchens Teamability and communication strength for reliable cooperation in the kitchen and clinic team Openness for professional development and the willingness to deal with different diets Commitment and resilience even with changing requirements in hospital daily Ready to work on weekends and holidays The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
