The financial management is the financial backbone of the district of Konstanz. It is responsible for drawing up the budget, the annual accounts incl. The balance sheet and the central support of the budget implementation. As part of a continuous budgetary control, budget reports are produced that make the financial progress of the year transparent. In addition, the financial management manages the assets and liabilities of the district and supervises the tax duties of the district. Budgeting and implementation: coordination and organisation of budgeting, including medium-term financial planning and implementation.

Advising the specialist offices: support in budgetary, business and accounting matters.

Annual accounts: Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts of the county, including final accounts, balance sheet and balance sheet.

Local financial compensation: planning, forecasting and processing of payments under municipal financial compensation.

Debt and loan management.

Statistical reports and reports.

Special projects: support for strategic topics, e.g. optimisation of budget management.

Qualification: The career examination for the upper non-technical administration service, a degree as an administrative specialist or a comparable degree. As an alternative: a completed commercial or business studies or the employee examination II or the willingness to complete the employee training II in a professional manner. PC knowledge: Secure handling with MS Office, ideally also with SAP R/3. Knowledge: knowledge in business and municipal finance (NKHR). Working: Self-employed, structured and careful. Personality: team-ready, responsible and initiative.
