Your tasks Support of the team in organizational and administrative matters Participation in projects, special tasks and process optimizations Responsibility for easy shopping, orders and comparisons of offers Safe handling of standard software and digital tools as well as support for colleagues in questions about applications and tools Preparation of evaluations and presentations Independent organization of dates, travels and hotel bookings Commercial audit of input invoices with SAP Support for HR topics, in particular for the dispatch of work contracts, the maintenance of holiday stalls and working hours, as well as the collection of expenses of employees Our contribution Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in assistance or office Secure handling of MS Office and digital tools Organizational design, reliability and independence Team-oriented, structured and careful working Joy in dealing with people and a communicative, service-oriented way Stressability and the ability to preserve serenity and humour even in stressful situations
