You guide a pre-production team that manufactures steel constructions and welding assemblies and tune the work with the higher-level production and production line as well as adjacent interfaces. You are responsible for the management and motivating guidance as well as further development of your team, including the documentation of working hours, the creation of layer logs, the safeguarding of work and more. You support the implementation of the employee dialogue and the personnel selection. In day-to-day business, you control the flow of production in terms of quality and delivery reliability - through continuous process monitoring and improvement to the work for audits.
