Specialist / Senior Physician in Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine (m/f/d)

Your core areas: Medical control of the ZNA: You are responsible for the cross-disciplinary acute diagnosis, initial care and trial – and always keep a close eye on people in acute medical situations. Shock room and intervention management: You lead the supply of critically ill patients: in the shock room and ensure the highly efficient, interdisciplinary cooperation with the intensive care unit and the surgery areas. Structural process development: You are actively working on the optimization of clinical treatment pathways (SOPs) and on the continuous quality and risk management of the ZNA. Education & Supervision: You take over the structured guidance and training of the rotating assistant physician:inside and significantly shape the value-adding, team-based work in the emergency room.

A completed specialist training (e.g. in the field of internal medicine, anaesthesiology, surgery or general medicine). The already successfully completed additional training “Clinical acute and emergency medicine”. The additional name ‘emergency medicine’ is advantageous. A pronounced communication strength that promotes interdisciplinary work at eye level. Openness to link clinical excellence to the holistic, value-oriented concept of the Filderklinik.
