Number: MER0003I2W The marketing team supports the business of Mercedes-Benz International Corporate, Direct & GUARD Sales. International Corporate Sales provides direct customer contact with the fleet decision-makers of 250 multinational companies and is in direct contact with the largest car rental companies. International Direct & GUARD Sales provides direct customer contact with government customers and diplomats worldwide. The marketing team conceptualizes and implements all marketing and press activities in cooperation with the above sales teams. The aim is to develop and implement an integrated 360 degree communication program: exclusive events, digital communication, press work, sponsorship and media planning. Your tasks: Support in the event planning and organisation of customer events and internal event formats from conception to implementation Own takeover of the participant/invitation management as well as the arrival and transfer organisation of the participants Creation of project documents/letting documents for internal and external contact persons conducting research and participation in the selection of external service providers (caterers, photographers, speakers, DJ, ...) as part of the event planning and support on site Participation in the design of workshop formats Stetige's project and milestone tracking Support at the event on site Accompanying the entire preparation process of the event (feedback, Lessons Learned and billing process)

Studies in the field of marketing communication, economics, industrial engineering, automotive industry with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree course First professional experience, e.g. through training, internships or student jobs, experience in event management and project coordination or in the event implementation desirable Extraordinary reliability as well as care, high degree of independence and fun in administrative activities High leadership idea, high social competence and strong team skills Fast conception, high loadability, independent and structured work Very good user knowledge in the MS Office programs, especially MS PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
