Development of the ERM: Implementation and continuous optimization of the group-wide risk management system (according to standard ISO 31000) Risk inventory: Conducting regular risk workshops with departments (purchase, logistics, sales, finance) Quantification & Modelling: Risk assessment by scenarios (Monte-Carlo) Specific risk fields Monitoring and control of risks relevant to international trade Cooperation with Regulatory & Compliance to meet trade-relevant requirements Reporting & Communication Compilation of the regular risk dashboard and reports for the Management Board and Supervisory Board Early warning system: Definition and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)

Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics or law, STEM or comparable discipline) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in risk management, internal auditing or related governance functions Very good method skills and understanding, ideally experience with RMS/IKS frameworks and regulatory requirements Ideally trade-specific knowledge, e.g. of trade flows, incoterms, accreditations and hedges Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel/PowerPoint); Experience with ERP systems and risk management software German and English skills Reliable and precise operation, at the same time healthy pragmatism with high effectiveness Proactive communication style at eye level and the ability to precisely structure complex issues and to render them understandable to internal stakeholders and management
