For the Finance Department, we are looking for a:n Personnel:in full-time accounting and order accounting (part-time with minimum). 19.5 hours/week possible).

Invoicing: You check in invoices for accuracy, process complaints, make invoices and first set payment instructions with release up to 10,000 €. The processing of credits is also one of your tasks. You are responsible for the correctness, completeness and timely processing within the scope of the specifications.

You check, supplement and book orders, ensure the correct takeover of pay and device hours and take care of the billing as well as care of the order accounts. You also process complaints and credits.

Professional degree: You have a completed commercial training. Required expertise: You bring strong SAP S/4 knowledge, know yourself in tax and commercial law and are safe to handle MS Office products. Professional experience: You have collected several years of experience in auditing and billing. Management competencies: You are customer-oriented (internal and external), engaged and working targeted as well as systematic. Social competencies: team skills, collaborative and conflicting skills as well as communication and information skills are a key feature.
