IT System Administrator (m/w/d) at an established IT service provider

To further strengthen the team, a dedicated IT system administrator (m/w/d) is sought. In this position, you maintain the internal IT infrastructure, automate processes and bring your ideas into the further development of the system landscape. You work with modern technologies (e.g. Proxmox, Nextcloud, Mailcow), support the operation of cloud services and use your knowledge in Linux and Windows environments.

A technology-open environment, flat hierarchies and the ability to actively shape processes ensure that you can quickly get involved and develop in the long term. Administration and development of Windows/Linux servers as well as virtual environments (Hyper-V, Proxmox) Support of the Microsoft 365 environment incl. Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, Copilot, Security features (SSO, 2FA, Defender) Management of firewalls (Fortinet, Watchguard), VPNs and IP telephony (3CX, Teams) Technical support and further development of internal tools (including Confluence, Odoo, Datev, Nextcloud) Job creation and first-level support for employees Training and enablement of internal users:inside to digital tools Procurement and management of IT hardware, mobile devices and contracts handling SQL databases and web services; CRM/ERP knowledge of advantage

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist:in system integration) or a comparable study At least 2 years of professional experience Experience in managing Windows and Linux systems Knowledge of virtualization, network security and Microsoft 365 incl. License management Safe handling of open source tools and SQL databases Joy in IT themes and support users: in digital solutions Structured approach to support and introduce new tools Experience with applications like DATEV and Odoo is beneficial
