• Replacement of assistance planning – You implement the objectives agreed in the help plan responsibly and actively participate in their further development, including the entire family and social environment of clients.
• Individual support in everyday life – You support children, adolescents and families in coping with development problems and challenging situations in everyday life, school, education or family life.
• House visits – You carry out regular home visits and create a trusting basis for collaboration with clients in the domestic and social context.
• Asssistance in administrative matters – You support administrative issues and accompany clients on appointments with authorities, schools or other institutions.
• Support in crises and conflicts – You work in a solution-oriented manner in family conflicts, difficulties in social behavior, or threatening social isolation, and actively contribute to turning child welfare threats.
• Promoting the standardization – You accompany young people on their way to an independent life and strengthen their self-organization and self-responsibility skills.
• Resources strengthen – You connect to the individual strengths and realities of the client and specifically support the development of personal and social skills.
• Document – You document your work structured, transparent and professionally based.
• Network work – You work closely with relevant cooperation partners (e.g. youth office, schools, counselling centres) and provide a sustainable professional network.
