You act as a central interface to our business units sales and marketing. Developing innovative digitalization strategies and making a direct contribution to PARSA Beauty's corporate success In close cooperation with the IT leadership, you take on technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility and continuously develop the team You take over the overall responsibility for strategic IT projects – from planning to control to successful implementation. Keeping time, budget and quality in mind You control external IT service providers and partners to ensure that our project objectives are achieved efficiently and on time

You have extensive experience in classic and agile project management, ideally supported by certification (e.g. Scrum Master). Your SAP knowledge makes you a valuable savings partner for our internal processes You analyze complex relationships, think process-oriented and meet sound decisions based on relevant data and KPIs. Your entrepreneurial thinking helps you to evaluate IT topics in the context of overall success You are a motivating leader who develops employees, optimizes internal processes and manages their team successfully You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT or digitization environment. A completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training complete your profile
