Management, testing and coordination of financing, loan and use contracts for photovoltaic projects. Monitoring contractual deadlines, credit terms and financing requirements and ensuring their timely fulfilment. Analysis of financing contracts and collateral agreements and early identification of contractual risks. Close cooperation with the internal areas of project development, law and financing as well as with external financing partners. Monitoring the level of processing, information of project participants and coordination of appropriate measures in the event of deviations.

completed studies in business, economic law, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications; as an alternative a qualified bank training with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual experience in contract management, credit business or credit processing, ideally from the market sequence of assets or corporate customer support. Funded knowledge in the analysis of financing and loan contracts and collateral agreements. Ideally experience in project financing, preferably in the field of renewable energies or energy-intensive projects. Structured, independent and reliable working methods and very good knowledge of German and English.
