Development of a targeted, sustainable PE program for DOREA Group leaders in close coordination with the team management PE & MB Conception, piloting and establishing scalable formats – digital, hybrid and in presence Ensuring practical relevance, effectiveness and strategic alignment Sovereign moderation in digital and analog settings Iterative development based on feedback and effectiveness controls Management of challenging development projects with many stakeholders – from management to setup management Active co-design of team-wide formats for employee integration Further development of the internal PE architecture together with the team management

You don't need a diploma on the wall to be effective with us – but you need substance, attitude and lust for responsibility. We do not seek administration, but implementation. No distance, but relationship. You should be able to move safely in dynamic, sometimes contradictory systems – with a healthy portion of pragmatism, digital curiosity and the will to really change something on site. English? Do not have to shine – it is enough if it works without Google Translate and red head. And as far as travel is concerned, presence is part of the effectiveness for this role. You have several years of experience in the development of sustainable PE programs – ideally with direct reference to executives. A background in the healthcare, nursing or social sector is helpful, but not a prerequisite. You have already conducted teams in a disciplined manner or assumed responsibility for people in a comparable way. You are not a co-runnerin in project management, but a front-runnerin – structured, solution-strong, clear in control. You are confident in complex stakeholder landscapes and build resilient relationships with management, regional business leaders and local leaders in the area. You work collaboratively, clearly and conflictable – even with people who tick differently than you. You are digitally versed, but also moderate in analogue workshop formats.
