Food Technology Specialist / Baker as Deputy Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks – according to your taste:

• You are responsible for a smooth process in the field of production and continuously encourages rationalization and improvement of workflows
• You serve production facilities, re-equip them if necessary and carry out cleaning work according to the applicable requirements
• as an assistant shift guide, you support the respective shift leader in his daily tasks and take over the shift management in the case of representation. You take over tasks of employee management and service planning, quality assurance, work safety and compliance with agreed production performance
• You participate in the development of quality assurance guidelines and ensure the up-to-date of all local documents
• You always keep an eye on our hygiene policies and understand how to motivate your team

Your skills – how we baked:

• completed vocational training as a specialist in food technology, machine and plant leaders, bakers or comparable qualifications
• Continuing training for food technicians or masters is advantageous
• ideally you can demonstrate first experience in the industrial production of food and in the operation of production plants
• You have several years of experience in leading larger layer groups
• You are team-ready, motivated and can inspire people in your role as deputy shift leader (m/w/d) for challenges
• independent working, a high degree of flexibility, commitment, technical understanding and sense of responsibility
• Ready to work in the rolling multilayer system
