• Contact person for legal questions in the company and legal advice and support of our executives

• legal accompaniment of legal disputes and cooperation with and control of external lawyers

• independent creation and negotiation of contracts

• Support in the coordination and processing of data protection-relevant issues

• Persecuting legal developments and identifying needs for action, in particular in the area of sustainability issues

• completed studies focusing on law or economic law

• Experiences in data protection or sustainability desirable

• very good knowledge in general economic law, in particular civil, commercial and corporate law

• Willingness to incorporate into new legal and responsibilities

• Understanding economic relations
