Professional and disciplinary leadership of a production team and promotion of employees through regular feedback, development and employee talks. Planning and control of personnel use taking into account capacities, qualifications and production requirements. Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of quality, productivity, timeliness and delivery reliability, as well as introducing appropriate measures in case of deviations. Organisation and control of the daily production process including shift transfer, fault management and cross-division cooperation. Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and process standards as well as ensuring the training and training compliance. Monitoring relevant key figures (KPIs), analysis of deviations and implementation of continuous improvement measures (Lean, CVP, 5S). Support for audits, complaints and deviation processes as well as participation in optimization and improvement projects. Participation in the recruiting process through participation in job interviews and expert evaluation of candidates.
