The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The unit “DHM, BSBA” is responsible for the project management for the Deutsche Historische Museum (DHM) and advises the Bundesstiftung Bauakademie (BSBA). Our main focus is on the restoration of cultural historically important existing structures with comprehensive fire protection and energy saving measures and the establishment of publicly active new construction projects. Building contractor representation, support of the project management in the construction project “IT-Renewal and Modernization of the German Historical Museum” Participation in the installation of the finals project support (FPU) for the construction project Examination and evaluation of cost estimates as well as construction and planning documents (e.g. factory and assembly planning) Participation in the creation of execution planning

An adjustment takes place in the pay group 11 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. The employment relationship is limited until 31.04.2031. We would like to point out that the service is only temporarily transferred and that a personal allowance can be granted in accordance with § 14 TVöD in the presence of the personal conditions.
