Your tasks as a plant mechanic:

• Implementation of individual repairs, maintenance and destructive service of spas and boiler plants
• Search for leaks on water-bearing systems, pipelines, leaks on buildings
• Moisture measurement and determination of the extent of damage
• Fixing insurance damage
• Customer service and emergency services with mobile connection
• Installation of bathrooms and heating
• Modernization and repair work in inhabited and uninhabited apartments
• Material procurement and organization
• Documentation of work carried out

Take this with you:

• Completed vocational training in one of the plants Heating, ventilation, sanitary
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• Flexibility, commitment and independent work
• Customer-friendly and competent appearance
• Class B driving licence
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
