Ensuring a smooth daily operation Implementation of all regional and national marketing actions Organisation of administrative activities and inventory management Staff deployment planning Cooperation with the Head Office interfaces and the Works Council Handling of customer complaints Careful customer database Communication with service providers to ensure the smooth running of the boutique (security, cleanliness of the premises, maintenance) Ensuring sufficient stocks and verification of deliveries Responsible for compliance with all safety requirements Achieving revenue and earnings targets as defined in the annual budget

3-5 years of relevant professional experience in retail, gastronomy, hotel industry or comparable industry with employee responsibility Higher education and/or completed commercial training Multiannual experience in employee management and motivation First experience in goods management processes and cash responsibility Experience in responsibility for budget, finance and relevant key figures Excellent communication capability Empathy and strength in building intercultural relationships with employees and customers Ability to flexibly do multiple things simultaneously Very good knowledge of German and English Knowledge in Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
