• Professional and disciplinary guidance of mechanical and electrical construction

• support for projects, from idea finding to conception to efficient implementation

• Development of innovative concepts for assemblies and equipment.

• Cooperation with manufacturing facilities to optimize constructions in terms of cost and manufacturing processes

• Good networking and communication with development, manufacturing, purchasing and quality assurance within the Rohde & Schwarz Group to generate synergies and provide efficient solutions.

• Standardization of CAD tools (including Siemens NX and Zuken CR8000) to ensure data exchangeability and avoid interface losses in the Rohde & Schwarz Group

• Successfully completed study of electrical engineering, precision engineering and microtechnology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.

• Practical experience in electrical and mechanical construction

• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction tools.

• Enforcement strength as well as the ability to motivate a team and perform efficiently.

• Communication strength as well as dedicated, team-oriented working methods combined with independent working style and organisational skills.

• Proactive, independent working in the team.

• Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing.
