What awaits you: Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitation, including compressed air lines and fresh water, as well as waste water lines and sprinkler systems providing carbonic acid for water tanks First aid in the area of heating, ventilation and slavery Control passages by means of QR code Documentation of various technical installations (Sprinkler, ladders, measuring instruments, etc.) Operation of the lifting work platform Maintenance of roofs at Bonn location commissioning and coordination of foreign companies for the above companies, if necessary Check & Analyze Water Samples and Detach existing Deficiencies acceptance of commissioned work for the above-mentioned companies (request offers, initiate orders and audit of accounts) Head of Mission Lift guards Sprinkler Compliance with the Kautex EHS principles and monitoring of implementation 24h readiness for faults Operation of HLS plants at the site

What you need to apply successfully: Training in the HLS sector or similar technical and craft training Some years of relevant professional experience in the abovementioned activities driving licence class B Experience in handling lifting work platforms Experience with GLT (building control technology) such as Priva - desirable Safe handling in the current MS Office applications Availability from February 2026 JOBV1_EN
