In our committee management department with six employees, we bundle the central topics of dwpbank: body management, supervisory communication and sustainability (ESG). Three colleagues are responsible for the area of bodies, three others for the topics of supervision and sustainability. As a committee manager, you are one of the key figures in the Management Board and Supervisory Board work. You ensure that decisions are professionally prepared, documented legally and structured and thus contribute directly to the bank's manageability.

In your role as a committee manager, you can look forward to the following tasks: Management and committee meetings: You are responsible for the independent planning, pre- and post-processing of the board meetings, the meetings of the Supervisory Board, committees of the Supervisory Board and the Annual General Meetings according to the Stock Act, Statutes and internal regulations. Agenda and decision management: You create and vote on agendas, formulate resolution templates and ensure a structured, decision-making process. In doing so, you will meet independent technical evaluations and advise supervisors, field management and other bodies on complex issues. Multiannual professional experience, ideally at least three years, in committee management or in a comparable environment. Funded knowledge in equity law and a solid understanding of supervisory requirements characterize your profile. Legal basic understanding is one of your strengths – you are surely moving within the law of the share law and relevant paragraphs (without being a full lawyer). A very good understanding of the management and decision-making processes as well as for the work of supervisory boards. You feel comfortable structuring, prioritizing and preparing complex board and committee topics independently. Their strength lies in the critical analysis and compaction of templates – quality, consistency and board suitability are top priority for you. The precise, legally secure formulation of resolution templates, protocols and board documents is one of your core competencies. In sensitive consultations with the board, committee members and internal interfaces, you will be confident, diplomatic and binding. Banking and regulatory contexts can be safely arranged and keep their impact on board and supervisory board decisions in mind. Existing processes question you with maturity and vision, identify potentials for improvement and digitization and advance them in a structured manner. You are characterized by high operational readiness, flexibility and loadability, above-average care and reliability as well as time accuracy. You enjoy working together in the team with a variety of changing contacts and show their own initiative and networking expertise.
